Glen joined the yachting industry towards the end of 2006, having spent the previous 18 months based in California working with HNWI’s in the Private Jet Industry. Prior to joining the Yachting arena, Glen spent 4 years in sales with IBM working in the Software Group. Having identified a niche in the market whilst in California, Glen developed the yachting division at RDT and over the next 7 years grew the business to over 250 clients. In 2013, Glen joined MedAire Ltd, a close partner of RDT, to run the European Yachting team, which served as a great opportunity to present a market leading medical solution to an industry that continue to need education in this area. Having successfully grown the MedAire Yachting team, Glen was offered the chance to return to RDT in 2016 to run the Global Tempus IC business, across the Private Aviation, Commercial Aviation and Maritime industries. Glen remains passionate about educating clients, ensuring they can make an informed decision about their medial setup. Through the Acrew relationship, we believe we can continue to support this agenda and further improve the medical safety on-board our clients assets.
