Mastering the Long Haul

Crew fly long haul. A lot. Being able to step off a plane fresh and ready to meet up with friends and relatives or indeed get straight back to a busy work week is truly invaluable. It is possible to learn the skills and tricks that help regular fliers cope with sitting still for so long, crossing time zones and other challenges. Shawn from ISS/GMT will share every trick there is to assist in effective preparations, as well as how to maximise health and wellbeing during the flight and once landed. From the simple things such as maintaining body temperature and hydration, to accessing safety advice and information for where you are headed, the synergy of all this information will make jet-lag a thing of the past and will help you arrive fresh and revived.
