Preparing and Serving Quality Coffee

Do you know how to serve an amazing coffee and what it has been through before being perfectly presented to your guests? For crew onboard, to confidently step in to the role of barista, it is very useful to know; how coffee has been sourced, transported and how to store and serve it correctly. It is also important to understand the equipment you are using and how this will affect the final cup. In this workshop, Sophie will provide a full speed overview of all you need to know to select and store beans to create a perfect brew. Attendees will then be shown a variety of preparation methods,
and will run through the more popular ways make coffee drinks including such as macchiato, ristretto, cortado and maybe the Perfect Espresso Martini…
