Benoit is the Founder & CEO of iShine, a yacht maintenance product company, and iShine Coatings Group, its service counterpart.
His journey began as a deckhand, eventually working his way through the ranks—from time in the shipyard to project manager for Bobby Cooper, co-Founder of Varadero Palma prior to STP. Drawing on years of hands-on experience, he launched his own yacht polishing service and later developed a dedicated line of maintenance products.
Now, with over 20 years in the industry, iShine’s products are stocked in leading chandleries across Palma de Mallorca and distributed globally. The service side of the business continues to grow strong, backed by a reputation for quality and expertise.
Benoit’s true passion lies in empowering yacht crew with the knowledge and tools to properly maintain vessels—keeping them in pristine condition through simple, effective methods.
