Josh is a certified psychotherapist, yoga instructor and personal trainer with a strong academic and professional background in psychology and wellness. He holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Essex and a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University, London.
Before transitioning fully into the wellness space, Josh was the founder and race director of Island Races Limited, which, under his leadership, became the third-ranked triathlon in the UK – surpassed only by London and Blenheim Palace. In addition to his professional achievements, he has held a Guinness World Record for the fastest non-stop row around Great Britain for over 12 years.
Currently, Josh runs a wellness studio in the UK, offering a diverse range of classes, including yoga, reformer Pilates, TRX, group personal training and dance. His mission is to bridge the gap between psychotherapy, movement and wellness, helping individuals cultivate both psychological and physical wellbeing.
He provides both in-person and online services, including psychotherapy, yoga and personal training, with the option to combine all three for a truly holistic approach to wellness.
