As the key support role for Magnums Academy and astute hotelier, Marta is a
dedicated professional with a strong luxury segment experience, very much in line with
Magnums high standards. Marta joined our team after working in Asia including
opening the 5-Star Forbes awarded Mandarin Oriental Pudong Shanghai that set the
precedent in the luxury hospitality sector there.
Marta managed the Club Lounge and
Butlers, trained service teams, and received recognition for guest services through her
deep understanding of Forbes standards. Marta’s portfolio includes private projects for Mandarin Oriental, assistant trainer on luxury yachts and currently has been enrolled to lecture on at one of the best business schools in middle Europe recognized by the Financial Times – Koźmiński University.
