Director of Saltwater Recruitment which has now been running for 3 years out of the UK. Monique comes from a Marketing background, working in both Auckland and London for top Advertising Agency on key accounts like HSBC.
A year-long sabbatical led to securing a summer job on a super yacht which transpired into a 5-year career at sea where Monique become Chief Stewardess of large 100m+ yachts. On her exit from yachting, her passion for the industry and love of the ocean, prompted her to start a recruitment agency enabling her to stay connected and utilize her network and she has never looked back.
