Simon joined the Dominion Group in 2010 as Head of Dominion Crew Solutions to manage its crew employment and payroll services, which has since developed into one of the market leaders in the industry. Then came the promotion to Head of Yachting Services for the entire group back in 2016. Now as a Managing Director, Simon oversees & drives forward the business of the Group’s offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Malta.
