My passion for the sea started when I was a young teenager growing up at the Baltic coast where I worked at a youth sailing school. As a family man and father of two kids I love to go out into the nature and teach them how important it is to protect her. Being out we do a lot of sportive activities, like biking, hiking, and sail races on 100 years old traditional sail boats. In command I believe in leading my crew by example, then a great team spirit is a key for success. I love to take responsibility and to improve permanently my work environment.

Now, more than 10 years after in the super yacht industry, there are many more interesting moments I definitely could write a book of.
