Being nominated for the Best Chief Stewardess award at the ACREW Awards 2025 is an incredible honour and a moment of recognition for the journey I’ve taken in the industry.
I started yachting in 2018 as a deck/stew on a 34m yacht, determined to learn and grow. Over the years I worked my way up, and when my former Interior Manager rehired me as a Chief Stewardess on a 74m yacht, it was a proud full-circle moment.
For me, this role is about more than just service, it’s about building a strong, happy team. I love seeing my crew progress, gain confidence and enjoy their work. A positive interior team makes all the difference and I do everything I can to create an environment where we work hard but still have fun.
One of the best parts of my job is organising high-profile events. From the Monaco GP to Cannes Film Festival or even Private Island takeovers, I thrive under pressure and love making sure every detail is seamless.
Just being nominated for this award is a huge achievement and I’m grateful for the experiences, challenges and people that have shaped my career so far. Thank you!
