Daniel was born in the emblematic island of Mallorca; he comes from a very mixed family which created a solid foundation for a large variety of cuisines, starting from Mediterranean to African, Asian all the way to northern European flavours.
Daniel started cheffing at the age of 19 in the Michelin 2-star restaurant Tristan in Puerto Portals under chef Gerard Schweiger. He went on to travel around the world learning and working in plenty of different restaurants like the Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant in the Canary Islands, the Eat on the Green restaurant in Scotland, etc. In 2013 he decided to move into the yachting industry. To this day Daniel has more than 10 years of experience delighting guests on super yachts.
Daniel loves to prepare desserts and cooking Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, Kosher, Vegan, Paleo, Spanish, and many more variations including sushi. With his passion and dedication, Daniel will make your gastronomic experience on board unforgettable!
