I am Andreea Moldovan, an experienced deckhand with more than 5 years in Yachting industry, with a background in Shipyard and Harbour maintenance. Besides that, I am finishing my Nursing Degree and creating throw Santander Explorer entrepreneurship program in Spain, a project to improve Physical and Mental Health for Seafarers.
Also, I assist new crew to build their CVs as well as I mentorship them regarding Yachting industry: how to begin, continue and succeed, keeping the high level of quality in knowing all the pros and cons of this sector.
At last but not least, I began to collaborate with Berths and Boats Brokers finding them leads as well as participating during the hall process of a sale to learn the skills to be a Yacht Broker when I will leave crew life.
As well, for one year, I led a voluntary group for cleaning streets, beaches, and green areas in my town in Spain.
I am a multipotentialite person, and I love to learn and do different subjects.
