My passion for food and cooking starts in early years of my life. I grew up in family with fishermen, where I had opportunity to participate in both fishing and cooking fresh seafood. After years spent in various landbased restaurants, yachting career came later in my life as a challenge and opportunity to present my work both to the boat owners/yacht agents and to the crew. It’s a great opportunity and everyday challenge to test your skills (and nerves) in meeting different food requirements, cooking under weather conditions, doing provisions in different places and still delivering the best of your work to the guests!
