Growing up in a coastal town in the Eastern Cape South Africa, being on the water was a natural place for Blair and when he found himself a bit directionless he gravitated towards this industry which has treated him well ever since. Being quick to help or listen he developed quickly with crew and guests alike and now finds himself helping manage Motor Yacht The Wellesley which is where this nomination came from.
