The idea is to put together a diverse team that is capable to dealing with the demands of a busy charter program but maintain the excitement and enthusiasm of such a unique industry. I personally love what I do and get extremely excited when I get to show guests the different experiences of our cruising grounds. We are constantly redefining what works best for our program and our guests to ensure that we are meeting the current demands of the client and the industry as a whole.
