After leaving the frigid Canadian winters behind, Dawn headed for the Caribbean. She discovered cooking working at a resort in the BVI, but it didn’t take long to move to yachts. She has been a chef onboard since 1995, met her husband Brendan 3 years later and they have been sailing onto the sunset ever since. Her passion for food has blossomed into a journey to discover the truth about what we eat and how it affects our physical and emotional health. With healthy eating comes healthy habits.
