I started in the yachting industry many years ago straight after school on a small 25m motor yacht in Southampton. Having progressed through the years and worked my way up on various vessels gaining lots of valuable insights and experience along the way, I have now completed my Master 3000t.
I enjoying teaching crew any knowledge I can pass onto them to help everyone progress through their career and inspiring and motivating them. Anything is possible with great teamwork onboard.
