Karine Rayson first started working in the Superyacht industry in 2008 where she soon realised the need for professional leadership training as well as mental health and wellness support. With 15 years worth of experience in human behaviour she comes with a wide, yet specialised skill set in the areas of psychology-counselling, coaching, strategic leadership and people and culture. The Crew Coach has become a platform not only for Karine to utilise her expertise to make an impact but also to consciously serve.
