Nick Paterson

I grew up in a small farming community in South Africa. In the Drakensburg mountains range, We had a great outdoors lifestyle, and spent a lot of my time on friends farms. After finishing school, I left for England. I discovered my interest in cooking and I did very well and decided to make cooking my long term career. I had found my passion. I have now been cooking 18 years, have worked in some top establishments and traveled extensively, Europe, America’s, Asia, Caribbean, Maldives, Pacific and Southern Africa. On my time off I often do work experience in top restaurants. And love eating out.
