Sebastian is a Half Italian & Half Czech Raised chef with 15 Years in the hospitality Industry, Sebastian has built up a wealth of Culinary Experience, Stints in France, London, Switzerland, Middle East & 7 Years onboard Super Yachts Worldwide. I love to cook, I also like to please, as a yacht chef I love solving the constant pressures as with chartering/Private with dietary’s and intolerance and trying to achieve perfection and delivery a standard that gets better and better. I keep up to date with Food trends and Techniques and I just love relishing the job with working with the very best Provisioners and hopefully one day I can be among the list of all-time Top Yacht chefs. Sebastian holds many accomplishments including par taking in the super Yacht Chefs Competition 2016 at MYBA And being placed 2nd in the 40- 50 m Category IN Genoa Italy and several online articles including Chef of the Month for May 2018 by Dock Walk Magazine and Chef of the Month for June 2018 for Boat International.
