I would like to start by saying how thankful I am to all the AWOL team and the owner. Working in the Super Yacht industry is all I know since I started when I was just 16 years old. Since then I’ve never looked back and with my team we’re constantly looking for ways to be better and set new and improved standards within the industry. I’m very fortunate that I have worked with the same owner for 12 years and he has given me the opportunity to create something spectacular with AWOL which i’m very proud to say, we have achieved. What I’ve learnt from my many years in the industry is that its all about the people and team spirit. I’m blessed that I have such a great support system not only onboard but with our management team. There is a lot of stress and responsibility that comes with the Captain’s position but I wouldn’t change it for the world.
