Trilogy is an IAMI GUEST accredited training school in Durban, South Africa. We offer courses from introductory level through to Senior level as well as Level 2 Food Hygiene. All are available in class and online. As ex-yacht crew, we have a passion for helping people to succeed in the industry and like to build relationships with people that last longer than just their training with us.
