ACREW is a superyacht marketing company with offices in The Netherlands and Spain. At ACREW we aim to deliver high–standard worldwide events which introduce professional development opportunities to superyacht captains and crew. Captains and crew are invited to attend free workshops, discussion groups, networking and social activities at our events in Yacht Shows, Shipyards and Marinas in Europe and the Caribbean. ACREW also organizes the famous Annual Crew Awards and the Superyacht Business Awards.
Additionally, ACREW offers high-end engagement and reputation consultancy services to organizations active in the superyacht sector.



The role
You will be given the responsibility to find new clients and manage the accounts of these clients. You will present, promote and sell products/services from ACREW to existing and prospective clients. Analyze new sales potential in different geographical and sector areas. Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Who are we looking for
• Commercial mindset and experience in sales is a plus
• Excellent written English and verbal communication skills with ideally an additional language
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Strong telephone skills and ability to make cold calls to potential clients
• Attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and have time management and organisational skills
