Following the Caribbean Crewfest, The Crew Coach founder Alison Rentoul is offering participating yachts a unique opportunity to participate in an exclusive Crew Dynamics workshop. Bring your full crew to this fantastic team building day where they will participate with their colleagues and crew of other yachts, learning how to how to work smarter, not harder, by understanding each of the 8 core profiles. In addition to improving communication and performance onboard, your crew will discover how to provide incredibly bespoke service based on these profiles. They will come away from the day with united vision of their team goals and an action plan and for the forthcoming season, as well as defining the reputation they want to create in the yachting industry and beyond.
The workshop will be held at Christophe Harbour and consists of four 90 minute sessions with breaks for morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Lunch can be included at an additional cost to be confirmed.
Participation in this workshop is only €299 per crew member including Talent Dynamics profile report (usual price per crew member €316 each).
