An intensive short course on Italian wines, Andrew will help you decipher Italian wine terms and names, wine labels, classification systems, regional grape growing zones and grape varietals that are not always as familiar. Focusing on the renowned wines – Prosecco, Chianti and Luce, attendees will learn about these classics, taste them and be able to share this knowledge to select, store and serve them well onboard.
