Workshop – Safe at Sea… It Takes All of Us! Building a Safe and Inclusive Culture on Yachts

Yachting should be a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported—and this workshop is here to show you how to help make that happen. Together with industry experts from ISAWN, you will dive into the concept of allyship, and how it can create inclusive, respectful onboard cultures, no matter the size of your vessel. Through small-group discussions, you’ll explore practical, non-confrontational ways of using social cues and awareness to support one another.
