Mark Kruidenier, DNV GL Business Development Manager since 2016, is from a nautical family. A qualified Naval Architect (BSc), with a postgraduate Diploma in Executive Maritime Management, Kruidenier has a solid foundation in the maritime world and has spent the past 15 years at DNV GL developing his expertise in roles as diverse as principal surveyor and both ship and company auditor, the latter taking him to South Korea. Presently based between Marseille and Rotterdam, Mark has a particular interest in bringing DNV GL’s knowledge and expertise to the superyacht market and visits Monaco regularly which he recognises plays an important role in raising awareness in sustainability through various initiatives. Married, with three children, he looks forward to an invitation to sail out of Yacht Club de Monaco!
