Hello Everyone , My name is Vanecia Brito from Salvador- Bahia -Brazil. I had the pleasant opportunity to start my career on a luxury yacht as Junior Stewardess. I experienced working with guest and crew from different nationalities, I consider this valuable instrument too learning and developing skills and abilities. During those 6 years working with high standard orientated crew and catering for high profile guest , I learned that gaining knowledge is a continual process. A few years ago , I embraced an opportunity as head a interior department on a charter motor yacht. This experience lead to self-confidence in myself as manager on a stunning luxury vessel. I had to handle and complete training with the interior team of four stewardess where I could share my Knowledge gained as my responsibility was to handle the team, sharing duties and collaborate my colleges from different departments. Today I can say I ha no missed goals , instead to continue to share and teaching to the new generation what I’ve learned with passion as to became a professional stewardess and great team work and of course great our guest with best holidays on board.
