Hi I’m Liz, I joined yachting in the Caribbean in 2006 and have not managed to escape yet. Over the years, I have worked my way from Deckhand to Chief Mate, making a nuisance of myself at every level. I must thank my amazing mentors and hope that I’ve been able to bring positivity, guidance, and fun on board.Having stood on the shoulders of these giants, I have learned so many things that are not in any curriculum. Being a results driven manager, through coaching, training and encouraging my team to assist in all work across departments when required, leads to a safe happy ship, owners, guests and crew.
