I was born in 1968 in Izmir. After completing my secondary and high school in Izmir Türk College, I had the education of theatre and stage arts in Izmir D.E.U Faculty of Art. I have continued my education in Oxford University, St. Clares Collage between 1988-1989.
After completing my education, I have returned to my country, Turkey, and decided to work in Yachting Market. In 1997, I have established my own company, Begüm Yachting. I am in Yachting business for 20 years and giving service to my clients with my accumulated experience and knowledge, I have acquired in 20 years.
I am the owner and the director of Begum Yachting Company which is the leading Yacht Agency in Turkey with its high service quality and experienced team.
I have got my own shipyard, Barka Shipyard established in 2006 in Bodrum and have recently opened a refit center inside new opened D-Marin Didim Marina in 2009.
In 2014, I have established Begum Yachting Cuba in Havana.
In 2018, I have established Albania Yacht Services and in the meantime I have been elected as a council member of the Turkish Chamber of Maritime in the elections in 2018 and now I am the Vice-president of the Yacht & Ship Agents in Turkey.
