I’m a Chef who literally loves what I do, and takes pleasure and satisfaction in serving and delighting customers, guests, crew, co-workers or friends from the galley/kitchen to the table. Always looking to learn more, traveling and sharing experiences. Brazilian by birth, with influence coming from Uruguay and Argentina, as I was born in the region of Pampas, today I consider myself a citizen of the world, traveling for work or pleasure or taking courses, I have visited more than 70 countries in search of gaining more knowledge and discovering new ingredients.
I believe in real food, which is not always made with the most expensive ingredients, but with local products that in a short time leave the field or sea and are on the table, cooked with technique and accuracy, and well presented. These ingredients are the real stars and run the show. I started working in the yacht industry after living six years in London and almost two years in Barcelona, working in restaurants and studying gastronomy, in total I have more than 20 years of experience in the gastronomic field. I am still motivated by the love of this demanding and wonderful profession to continue learning and sharing knowledge wherever I go.
