A boat, in Malaysia, first hired me just by seeing my food and approach to people (I had no certifications). That began my journey. So the word got out. In Asia and Europe, Millionaires started contacting me for private events. The learning curve has been steep and the adventure so fascinating: from sourcing the best quality ingredients anywhere in the world to adapting to the ever-changing requests from guests, and keeping high creativity levels to cook in a 2 Michelin star restaurant… I am in love with my job and my journey has just started.
