With diplomas in both culinary arts and photography in hand, I was ready to move and groove, shake and bake, and get going. What started as a gap year in yachting turned into a career spanning over a decade, affording me many privileges. 

There’s nothing fancy about me except my colourful personality and my sailor’s mouth. I’m all about keeping it fresh and simple, using local products, and minimising the number of dishes in the sink. I believe in not complicating life unnecessarily. It’s the perfect imperfections that help us learn and grow
