Angharad Waldron, better known as Harri, grew up in Fowey, on the South coast of Cornwall, England. Harri’s love for the sea began early, sailing with her dad at the age of 3 and racing with the British national youth team in her teens.
Over the past 14 years, Harri has built her career from Deckhand to Chief Officer and currently holds an MCA Chief Mate 3000 license.
Harri’s leadership style focuses on crew development and serving as a mentor to her crew, fostering a supportive and motivated team environment. She loves sharing her knowledge with younger crew members and helping to shape the new generation of yacht crew.
Harri has worked on board the world’s finest yachts spanning from 40m-110m and is now serving as a Chief Officer on board the iconic 90m superyacht NERO.
