Michelle Caylynne Cronje, born and raised in Centurion, South Africa, embarked on her yachting career as a dedicated crew member.
Through diligence and commitment, she ascended to the role of Chief Stewardess, on successful charter programs. She has built connections for a lifetime with her charter clients, yacht owners, managers and her fellow crew members.
Michelle’s heart has always belonged to the ocean, from growing up tuna fishing with her dad and being an open water diver. She is truly the happiest when she is on the water, working with people and ensuring they have the most memorable experiences.
Michelle isn’t just a chief stew on successful charter programs, she recently also became a yacht charter broker. She enjoys being busy and always on the move. Coming from a big family of seven brothers and Michelle being the oldest, she has always been kept on her toes and has always been down for a challenge. She loves working with her crew and always tries to make it a family oriented vessel. Everyone is far from their families so why not become a boat fam.
Having navigated the waters of the Bahamas, the entire Caribbean region, and the eastern coast of North America aboard various motor yachts, Michelle’s enthusiasm for travel and creating connections with diverse individuals is evident. Central to her endeavors is the unwavering dedication to meeting the needs of charter clients, fostering enduring relationships and meaningful connections with each interaction, a practice she intends to uphold.
