Born and raised below sea level, I have always felt a strong connection with the sea and upon graduating university in Leisure Management, I decided to get my head above water and join the yachting industry in 2017.
I progressed quickly into the role of Chief Stewardess on large charter yachts ranging from 70-147 m and have been lucky enough to have worked with fabulous teams who have helped me grow, learn, and love what I do in some of the most beautiful destinations across the globe.
When I am not at sea, I love traveling to new and distant countries I have yet to explore or take to the slopes on my snowboard. In addition to this I love all things wine related, am a huge foodie and will probably chew your ear off about the F1 more than a few times a day
I lead my team with passion, am always full of energy and love to make those around me happy by always going the extra mile. I thrive on seeing ‘my girls’ excel in life, which focuses me to ensure personal growth and mental health of my team is my top priority and leads to great service for the guests
Currently I am working on a very exciting new build project which is due to launch next year, and am studying for my WSET L3 and a degree in Interior Design at the same time. I am keen to get back out there again and have guests experience a truly magical time on board with the most beautiful of table scapes, exciting fancy dress events and excellent service throughout.
As I haven’t been operational since I started this build project, I feel extra excited and honoured to have received the nomination in the Best Chief Stew/Purser category this year. To know that I have had a positive impact on my teams over the years enough for them to have put me forward for this award is amazing, especially given the other incredible nominees!
