Judy Gilbert

Judy grew up on the sunny East coast of South Africa. She comes from a vibrant family with a love of boating and typical South African braai’s. Judy has a positive attitude, bubbly personality and a passion for all things food. Her degree included food technology and she honed her skills through roles as a food product developer in Joburg, caterer in Scotland & sous chef in a French ski resort. Her cooking style integrates classic French techniques with modern cuisine & Asian-fusion. Yachting has merged her love for travel & cooking and she eagerly creates a taste sensation for crew and guests alike.
