My greatest success on yachts has been the privilege to engage with incredibly enjoyable and impressive leaders. In the 19-years of combined experience within the Superyacht Industry and Luxury Villas, it has given me a strong, yet personal approach to the running of operations in yachts including cheffing, menu planning, interior operations, and coordination of daily activities.
The driving force when being a chef has always revolved around client satisfaction and getting that smile. I work as a team, everyone is as important as the next. Even before my years on Superyachts, circumnavigating the world, working as a Yacht Broker in Vancouver and studying Nursing in University, I had explored nations and cultures untouched and whimsically flew airplanes for pleasure. I am not one to choose only one direction, but to always evolve.
Yachting has given us an incredible gift of amazing worldly experiences that are really not possible to receive in any other industry.
Today I am giving back and creating a company which allows guests to find the most bespoke and curated experiences on shore in major superyacht port locations.
