Tony is a highly experienced professional in the marina and yachting industry, with a career spanning nearly 30 years.
In 1997 he started a worldwide decade aboard charter and private yachts, including 5 years as Captain.
Since 2007, he has played a pivotal role as Marina Director at Porto Montenegro, overseeing the maritime related transformation of a 120-year-old Austro-Hungarian Naval repair facility, into the multi-award-winning marina destination Porto Montenegro is today.
In 2023, Porto Montenegro’s success expanded into ‘M-Marinas by Porto Montenegro’ a marina management company responsible for the operations of 3 Dubai based marinas, with Tony as Director of Marinas.
Tony’s contributions to the industry extend beyond his professional capacity – he is currently serving his second term as a member of the Board of the International Superyacht Society and has previously held Chairman positions of the Global Marina Institute and the Montenegro Marina Association.
