With over 10 years in yachting, and a previous career as an international software programme manager, I am now enjoying working as chief officer/ relief captain on a lot of different types of yachts. I get to meet many crew this way. I get to work with many different crew & can as such see the benefits of a good fit crew member to their position. I am still a keen sailor & enjoy playing musical instruments.
