Mia’s career has been mostly about markets and numbers. She has always been writing – from personal blogs and opinion pieces for trade publications in the UK to travel articles for a Croatian lifestyle magazine and various monthly columns for The Islander Magazine since January 2021. Currently she is writing gastronomy related weekly columns for Mallorca Bulletin and Ultima Hora. She is very excited to be returning as a judge for the chefs’ competition, for the second year running!
