With 20 years’ experience as a professional Chef aboard a yacht or in land, working on several hotels, restaurants and in the catering industry, Paulo can provide from day to day meals, cocktail and birthday parties, to picnics, simple buffet lunches to plated dinners. A creative menu composition for large events and its implementation – including sourcing and purchasing the right ingredients always in line with the client’s budget – is his specialty. He also enjoys building and preparing sophisticated tasting menus employing both traditional and innovative techniques. Over these years, Paulo acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a team, delegating tasks and responsibilities to his team, overcoming obstacles, to work under pressure, and most importantly – delivering his dishes to the table with excellence, meeting the particularities and needs of each of his clients. This moment of his life is special and he is so happy what he has built during these years in his carrier. Last year was when he won the the SuperYacht Chef Competition in Monaco last March. It was really good, this felling… But in the same moment he felt that he need a new challenge, a new boat, and he decided to start to see new opportunities. This position fit for what he was looking for.
