Cristin van der Merwe started Exclusive Stewardess Training April 2018 in Cape Town, South Africa. My vision for EST has always been to create an environment and course where students receive the most realistic introduction into yachting. We have managed to accomplish this successfully by simulating onboard living, where the students are required to stay ‘onboard’ at the training facility. By setting ourselves apart from the classroom environment, we have created a space where students learn about the importance of teamwork, yacht etiquette and adaptability. With a total of 14 years hospitality experience, 6 of which were within the yachting industry I am therefore able to confidently and effortlessly share my knowledge and passion with the students.
