Colette has been working in the Aviation Industry for over 12 years; her current role is SeniorTraining Instructor for TAG Aviation, where she designs and delivers interactive training programmesfor Crew working on Private Jets. Before joining TAG Colette was a Safety, Security and CrewResource Management Instructor (CRMi) Instructor with Virgin Atlantic Airways. Crew ResourceManagement Training is one of Colette’s key focuses in her current role at TAG; this training looks athuman factors, performance and limitations, with the aim of promoting a safe and efficientoperation.
