Christian Zamora brings a sunny Beach Boys-esque Californian vibe to his role as Beverage Manager of Christophe Harbour’s SALT Plage bar. He’s created delectable concoctions for happy drinkers at Latitude Longitude and Greens Restaurant, both in San Francisco. He’s a fan of pop–up bars and pop–up dinner parties and has made it his mission to make SALT Plage St. Kitts’ first and the region’s finest craft cocktail bar.
