After enduring the frustrations of trying to manage 1,000+ warranty points as the Chief Officer on an 80m new build in 2013, I decided to create Pinpoint Works to assist in the logging, tracking and communicating of worklists onboard.
Fast forward to 2020 we have over 250+ yachts and 2,000+ industry professionals using the platform. Pinpoint Works is now being used by crews, shipyards, surveyors and contractors not just for the warranty period, but during construction, operation and shipyard periods. We are proud to have created a versatile platform that is being utilised by all corners of our industry, including some of the largest yachts currently under construction.
