The class will focus on some of the classic drinks you can use as the first beverage offered. Attendees will learn about the drinks, taste them and be able to talk about them if required. Lager is often overlooked when thinking of serving drinks on a superyacht, but it is usually served at some point! A variety of pilsners will be sampled and discussed including some local favourites. Of course a sparkling wine will be covered as well as some classic welcoming cocktails.
