Our exclusive 1-day event provided green crew with the skills and knowledge necessary to transition into a successful crew member. The green crew learned about the day-to-day responsibilities of a superyacht crew member, some examples included safety regulations, maintenance, cleaning, and the proper etiquette of working on a superyacht. They also had the opportunity to network with experienced crew members, captains, and industry professionals. At the end of the event, the crew had the skills and confidence to start their career in the superyacht industry and even potentially find their first job onboard!
