- Monitor & identify crew placement needs & current industry developments
- Maintain & update data base of high quality crew for all positions
- Support Captains and owners to recruit suitable crew
- Prepare & hold interviews with potential crew & shortlist suitable candidates
- Verify references & qualifications
- Finalise placement agreements
- Provide current crew with career advice & guidance
- Attend industry events & forums to discuss crew recruitment & training needs
- Visit crew training institutes & advise future crew on career opportunities
