Daniel has represented household names in their actions against the media, including actors, TV presenters and sportsmen, often to keep their names out of the press. A founding member of the Art Due Diligence Group, Daniel brings years of experience in litigation to the art market, having acted in cases of art market fraud, obtaining freezing orders against defendants and advising in disputes relating to title and provenance.
